Nice hotel in good location.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The attached restaurant and bar was great also.

Bad Service
The only thing good about this hotel is the location. It was directly across from South Beach and on Ocean Drive. Other than that I was not impressed at all with the place. The room was pretty small. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable. The shower door needed maintenance, no water pressure whatsoever. You literally needed to hunt down a housekeeper for any service. The hotel offered a complimentary continental breakfast in their restaurant next door, which was convenient before leaving the hotel for the day. However, there is no such thing as service with a smile here. There were several mornings that they were completely out of O.J. You can forget getting a refill, because after they gave you your coffee and toast...they would simply ignore you. And when you did ask for a refill, it seemed to bother the waiters. No wonder this restaurant was always empty. Another thing about this restaurant is that you had to walk through it to get to the elevator to your room. This was akward and kind of weird. The hotel also charges an arm/leg to park overnight in their tiny parking lot. You’re better off parking in the street at the meters if you can find any. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again!!
