Rude service
The service was awful at the hotel. The concierge refused to make change for us and couldn’t even recommend a restaurant. We also struggled speaking with the staff and we are fluent in English, French, and German. The hotel was well maintained, but quite far out of the city center. It is probably suited for business travelers rather than tourists

Brussels Best Hotel
The customer service at the Eurostar Montgomery Hotel went above & beyond what I’ve seen at the other hotels I stayed at this trip. The people were very accommadating & pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to all. The pricr was right but the location was a little bit outside center city but accessible by Metro.(Not a big deal)
