great location near main train station
Con’s: Paying $5 for 30 minutes of wireless, or $25 for 24 hours The down pillows are a joke, I had to stuff two together to get my head 1" off the bed Pro’s: 5 minute walk to Zurich HB, main train station very comfortable mattresses room layout was cool, very tiny, but it all works rooms were very clean front desk staff was helpful and very nice I have stayed there twice in two weeks and I will very likely return one day. Nice place.

Location!!
It’s very well located, close to the train station, in the old town. The staff is friendly, the room is small, but clean, trying to look cool and a boutique hotel. I recomend!

Good deal for the price
I stayed here for three nights in April 2009. First two nights, then because it was in a good location, clean, and the staff was nice, I stayed an extra night a little later. Everything was pretty good, though there were a couple problems. First, some rooms are along the tram line, so they can be a little noisy in the evening -- but it really wasn’t bad at all. And while the hotel is near the tourist district, the street itself doesn’t have many pedestrians so it was quiet at night. My biggest complaint would be the very high cost for Internet access, but this is common at any affordable Swiss hotel. Also, my first room was strangely designed so shower water got all over the floor. Despite all this, I still recommend the hotel because its relatively affordable, in an absolutely great location, and very nicely decorated with decent room sizes.

Affordable Chic
The location and the price of the hotel (for Zurich) were excellent. Very accomodative staff at all hours helping with restaurant recomendations and taxi hires. Will stay again next time.
Traveler's tip on nightlife
A fantastic coblestone, restaurant and pub lane just one block away (Niederdorfstraße).

Great Hotel
This was a great place to stay. The location is wonderful -- steps from the Hauptbahnhof and the ritzy shopping street but also near numerous little cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and everything was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A very good choice based on location, price, comfort.
The hotel is close to the station and has a nice atmosphere. They have put some extra effort in the design of the rooms.
