Great Experience
The staff of this facility were very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. The room was one of the best we have had, with excellent lighting and nice equipment (coffee maker, refrigerator, etc.). The breakfast was also very good with hot and cold options, kept well stocked, and served over an extended period. Our only problem was the distance from our downtown conference. But its proximity to the airport was very good and you can’t have both .
We liked the Granite City Food and Brewing Company in Olive, West Des Moines, very much.

Very helpful staff.
I was in Iowa in the worst part of winter and the hotel staff gave me weather updates immediately and loaned me an ice scraper to clean off my car. The hotel cleaned the sidewalks and parking lot of the ice from the ice storm immediately so I did not worry about slipping and falling on the ice as I got in and out of my car.

Solid 1 night stay
Landed at 4:30 and flew out less than 24 hours later & needed a place close to the airport and clients & this stay was just fine. New flat screen in room; quiet; clean; and you can’t beat the breakfast!
