Impressions
I have got a room on the back side of the building. The small path on this side is used as transport way for hotel employees with small cars. There was also a construction area on the next space to the hotel so it was not possible to sleep in the room. I go never again to this hotel!!

Worst hotel in Dubai
I have stayed in better three star hotels.Bad staff infact it was pathetic.they dont know how to talk to guests.i complaned about the rrom not being done up till six in the evening and all they said was well!! nothing!!.was woken up at nine in the morning after a late work night by a maintenance guy banging on the next door.towels smelt since they dont beleive in fabric deodarant.with many good hotels around this should be your last resort.

nice stay
We stayed in a tower seaview room and were very satisfied. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and in good condition and it was quiet at night. The operation of the shower took some getting used to, but the water was hot and plentiful. The prices in the hotel resturants were high and the food quality fair. The best "deal" was the buffet breakfast. The beach area was pleasant and clean and the seawater was really clear. The air was hazy and visibility was variable. The staff were friendly and allowed us the use of the spa showers on our last day. If I were to return to Dubai, I would stay here again.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Eat away from the hotel. There is a shopping mall within walking distance of the hotel with several restuarants. Also, when returning to the hotel by taxi, ask the driver to take you to the local grocey store (Spinney’s) and you can use the mini fridge in your room for cold storage. The cheapest food is in Diera and I would recommend seeing "old Dubai" anyway.
