stained ceilings,hole in tub,silverfish on bathroom ceiling,loud music at 1:30am,music finally went off at 2:00am.asked to speak to manager but was told she could not be reached !it was check out time !

It was a wonderful experience in that we were there for a funeral.

We felt at home. We had three rooms with family and the hotel ensured that we were in close proximity of each other. Obviously, we would highly recommend this facility to others.

Good Value, Good Location

I stayed here recently for a few days. I used it mostly for a place to sleep so I cannot comment on the full use of the hotel. However, I will say that I got a good deal with an Expedia package to stay here and found it to be very nice. As others have mentioned, it was a little tricky to find off of the main roads, and the main parking lot is in the back instead of the front (?). The front desk staff were always very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfy with nice linens. It had a separate seating area with a sofa and coffee table, and free wi-fi. Contrary to other reviews here, I had no problem with the housekeeping or the parking lot. It snowed while I was there, and the plows were out early the next morning to clean everything off. The sidewalks were also shoveled and salted. There was a continental breakfast which was adequate for my needs. My only complaint would be that the furniture was worn and a little shabby. Otherwise, it was a good deal for the money. The hotel is located near main roads and expressways to get to Chicago or the south suburbs without too much trouble.

Not a real suite hotel . . . otherwise, great experience!

Nice hotel overall. We were just expecting a seperate room like most "suite" hotels offer. Staff was wonderful, building and grounds were well kept and the breakfast was a bit more than your average "continental". Nice hotel.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

If you are planning to go to Tweeter for a concert, make certain your return transportation is reliable. A cab was nearly impossible to get after the concert even though whe had set one up prior with the local cab company. Plan ahead.

Clean, good stay

I took my family to Chicago for the weekend, and stayed at this Comfort Suites. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was surprisingly good (self-serve). Overall, a good experience.
