We enjoyed our stay
Hidden away on the east side of Blanding on Youngerman, the Country Inn fit our needs perfectly. For the same price as a regular room in similarly rated hotels, we got a suite. Since we were there for several days, that only enhanced our enjoyment. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and access was good. Blanding can get a little congested, though, during rush hour. We’d stay at this hotel again.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
If you’re a walker, if you go east on Wells from Blanding, you get to River Road that parallels the St John River. It’s a very nice place to walk or run. Parking is just to the south of Wells on River Road.

Excellent place for the evening
I was only staying one evening, but it was perfect. Nice room. Amenities were great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The cookies at the front desk were awesome!

Would stay there again
Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. We had friends form the area drop by and the hotel staf had no problem with them using the pool with us, even brought us extra towels at the pool. I will stay there again when I go back to Jacksonville.
