Quiet and relaxing
The rooms were neat, accomodating. Decor was relaxing and beautiful. Restaurant was delicious. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We had children aged 8 and 5 with us, and it was welcoming to the children as well as the adults. Overall, an excellend hotel in a quiet neighborhood, but very convenient to city life. A great experience!!

Good value
For London’s expensive prices this is a good value hotel. It’s not that close to the typically touristy sights, but it is in leafy Chelsea, in a very quiet and residential street. The hotel has a "homey" feeling due to its location, aisles and rooms. The rooms are well sized for London standards.
