Love this place
The personnel they are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and you feel safe and secure. When I visit San Jose,CR this is where I will always stay.

The staff are very rude with us Americans and doesn’t seem to me that they like their job. will not stay here again. Try San Jose Palacio Hotel close to the Sabana Park excellent hotel .
