Charges for pet
We were surprised to arrive and see posted all over the place $10 for pet with permission. $25 without permission. (We assumed this meant they’d charge your card if they caught you with a pet you hadn’t told them about. It would have been nice to know there was a charge prior to booking the room....I would not have! I have never been to a motel/hotel that charged for a pet. It was a clean decent place to stay even if the staff was not friendly at all. The continental breakfast was the lamest we’d ever seen, but then again, you get what you pay for! We will not return but it served our purpose.

Cheap, smelly, uncomfortable...
I asked for a non-smoking room. The room reeked of old smoke. I had to roll the pillow in half to try and get one decent size...flat as a pancake and the towels were dirty and gray...something I would use for cleaning jobs. And oh, the continental breakfast closes at 9:00 a.m. for those who might care to sleep in a little. I get the impression that the owner is not going to put one dime into this place.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
I have often booked two star hotels and found them clean, safe, convenient and comfortable. This one should never have even gotten a two rating. Poor all around.
