Old condition
The hotel is in a great location. But, it’s old and it shows. It didn’t help that I just stayed at the Novotel in Nha Trang which is new!

Reasonable rate in good location
Service was great, staff were all friendly. Only downside was that room was a bit dark and location of aircon made it not very effective. Room rate was special rate which made it very reasonable compared to other hotels. If normal rate it probably would have been overpriced.

Run down and not trying hard enough
This hotel is way past its best. It’s run down and claims what it is not. The "swimming pool" is about 1.5 meters wide - only one person can enter it! The "garden" is tiny and you can’t enjoy it. Look elsewhere - there are many better hotels at the same price.
