Very good hotel, nice rooms, friendley staff
Rooms werw very clean, comfortable beds and all new furniture. very nice.

Still needs improvement
Luckily we only stayed in this hotel 1 night before flying out to Tampa, FL. Ramada definitely needs to review this hotel if it is going to carry their name. Asked for non-smoking room, was given smoking. Pool was not accessible, in August! Debris and plant material found in bed sheets, very sloppy attempt to repaint and re grout areas of room. Even toilet paper holder was missing. Kids wore white socks in room, they were black on the bottom after a few minutes of walking on carpet. It appears they are maybe trying to improve it, but doesn’t look like it’s working.
Traveler's tip on dining
The Ponderosa next door has VERY friendly service and good food. After seeing the condition of hotel and our room, we decided not to attempt the mexican restaurant inside of it.

Signs indicated construction - just a small part of their problem
Needs major cleaning, repairs and coordination of room assignment. Ramada should review this one.
