Nice surprise!
Stayed 2 nights here (a Thursday and Friday) and had absolutely no problems!Was actually surprised at how clean everything was and the size of the Executive king room! The hotel itself was close to most of Waco and off the highway. 3 floors and all were clean with seemingly new paint on the walls and vacuumed carpets. The inside pool was cold and the hot tub not warm enough...no big deal. The breakfast consisted of cereal, milk, oj, coffee, muffins, bisquits, tiny sausages, and bananas. The appliances in the room were very dated, but were clean and worked fine. Had cable, vending machines, elevator, ice, and a washer and dryer for guests. Not bad at all!

Great room for the money!
Nice people, air was on in room - a definite plus in the summer, beds a bit stiff, small pool but inside - a plus as well, some language barriers with one of the night clerks, good size room, lots of cable channels. Nice place!
Traveler's tip on local attractions
*Texas Ranger Museum - that place is awesome! *Jumping Party - in the complex right behind the hotel - all kids LOVE it! *Waco Water Park - on the other side of town but worth the drive for some summer fun! *Flea Market - at the old drive in just past the circle - fun finds!

Something in the air made me cough when I first got there. However, the windows opened up and the room cleared out pretty nicely. It was what I could call standard clean, decently priced for the area.
