Very comfortable room
Stayed for seven days and had a great time. The room, on the third floor, overlooked the surrounding golf course. The room was big and quite comfortable. Bed, linens, and pillows were fabulous. The bathroom, recently upgraded, was in top shape. Nothing was missing. The exercise room, pool, steam room and sauna were great, especially after marathon walks in London. The only issue with this hotel is the Hoppa" bus system. It is somewhat expensive and not reliable in terms of scheduling.
The hotel is excellent. Find a way to get to it. The Hoppa bus is not convenient.

Comfortable stay while in transit!
This hotel was a very comfortable stay for us while in transit. We only needed a hotel close to Heathrow for one night, so this was ideal. You can see that the hotel has recently been renovated, and that is always a plus in my book. The only negative thing, I would say, was the lack of a proper schedule that the Hotel Hoppa bus kept. If you did not want to pay the taxi fee, this bus was your only way to get from the hotel to Heathrow and to anywhere in London, really. Although they had a printed schedule, they almost never (in the 24 hours that we were there) arrived on time. Sometimes you would have to wait for almost an hour.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Pay the 7 GBP more and take the taxi to the airport if you are in a hurry. Dont rely on the Hoppa!

Great spot next to Heathrow
My family of 4 spent one night here as we passed through Heathrow for a day. Everything was wonderful. Easy check in, nice room, and helpful staff. Unfortunately the 4th floor executive club was closed on weekends, otherwise that would have been extra nice. They stored all of our luggage quickly and without a charge. The concierge was helpful on transportation options and costs for activities during our one day stay. All around just what we needed.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
When going to Windsor Castle note that St Georges chapel is closed on Sunday. Also, the changing of the guard is at 11am, so plan your trip accordingly.
