The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel features a nice restaurant and bar and the food was good and plentiful I will be returning this next week.

staff training needed
Upon arrival we were asked to open a tab to cover expenses like breakfast, bottled water, etc. and did so. They couldnt figure out how to activate our key and had maintenance let us into our room - they said they would send up the key in a little bit. The key never came and the lights do not work without the key. The first room we went to had dirty bedding so they switched our rooms. Three hours after arrival we went to see about our key and the person at the front still couldnt figure out how to use the activation machine. He found someone to help him so we got our key. When we had breakfast in the morning, there was big confusion about pay. They didnt record that we had an open credit on account so the restaurant charged us seperately from that. Same with the bottled water. We made sure they found our credit to close the open account as it was charged to our credit card yet wasnt available for what we opened it for. They did find it and credit it properly. It seems the front desk staff would benefit from additional training to properly manage the client needs.

Great Hotel
The hotel was very clean and maintained, however the staffs hospitality really made our stay special.
