not impressed
the staff was very very nice. but the hotel was crappy. we found fleas in our bed, a roach on the floor, and are sheets had paint on them, like they were used for drop cloths. the shower only had extreme hot or cold. it is not at all what i expected. the only great thing about the hotel was it was so close to the AFB which was our purpose. If it wasn’t for the staff being so nice and helpful with directions i would rate this place a zero. it sorta grew on us though. we laughed and just accepted our situation. would i stay here again? not if i could help it.

local attractions were great. we did the riverwalk in san antonio and also went to sea world which was so great. if it wasn’t for the 106 degree heat, i would have had a great time.

Okay place to sleep
We were there for my son’s graduation at Lackland. We were gone all day, just slept and showered there. Was convenient to the base. Asked for extra pillows and they arrived within a couple of minutes. Complimentary breakfast was great for our busy schedule. Hotel could use some updating, but was okay for the price. Would stay again

Average hotel
The hotel was nice but nothing out of the ordinary. I thought I was overpriced for the quality of hotel room that I received. Overall it was a good experiece but I have come to expect better.
