Very nice
We will be useing this hotel many times in the future. The breakfast is great, the hotel staff very friendly, and the overall experiance was great. They are also directly connected to a mall with a food court witch made it very convienent.

Grand Tikal Futura, Guatemala
The hotel was beautiful and the staff very helpful. Our room (master european suite) was very big and open. There were two flat panel tv’s with local and cable channels. The hotel is in a conveniently centered location with easy access to the airport and shopping mall. If you plan on exchanging travelers checks, better off doing this at a bank than at the hotel. Everytime we tried the hotel could not get through to the travelers check office for authorization. We will definitely go back and stay at the hotel.
