Okay except for Breakfast
They were clearly understaffed for breakfast. They even ran out of silverware and we had to wait more than five minutes for refills. By the time I sat down to eat, my eggs were stone cold. Considering how much they charge for a room, I found this terrible service inexcusable. If you are not familiar with that area of Secaucus and are looking for the hotel at night, it is difficult to find. We ended having to call the hotel and have them talk us through the twists and turns to get there, and we were only a few blocks away. Also, they need to post some signs in the parking garage as to how to get into the hotel. Once inside the garage, it gets confusing at night since there are a number of businesses on different sides of the large parking area with access to the garage.

Convenient to NYC
With regular bus service to and from NYC, this pleasant hotel is great. The only drawback is that you can’t check in until 4:00pm. However, they gladly stored our bags for us while we took off for the city and we checked in at midnight, upon our return. The accomodations were nice and breakfast was wonderful. Will go back to this place!

Great trip
We were in town for the U2 concert at Giants Stadium, but we also had two days to kill in NYC. The hotel arranged cheap transportation to the concert, and the hotel staff were very patient and helpful as we tried to figure out where we were going to go and how to get there. They certainly helped us when it came to navigating the bus and getting back to the airport.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
There’s a NJ transit bus stop right across the street, which takes you into the Port Authority right near Times Square... bus fare was about $3 a person. Cheapest way to get around was the subway in NYC and the bus to get back to the hotel! Very easy, and very safe - we never felt uncomfortable the whole time, and we came back pretty late a couple of nights.
