Wonderful Roman holiday
All ready recommended this hotel to my kids who will be going to Rome in the spring. Staff very helpful. Rooms are small but who stays in the room anyway. Loved the Friday night wine tasting special.Walking distance to most of the sites.
Took 2 tours the same day. All Day Rome & Rome Illuminated with dinner. Both were great.

Avoid If You Can
I chose this hotel based on the good reviews from this site. My husband and I visited seven cities in Europe, and this was the worst hotel by far. The hotel staff (with the exception of one person) were fairly rude, not helpful, and seemed put off if we asked any questions. The room was incredibly tiny and the shower even smaller. We could barely get around each other in the room. Water leaked everywhere in the bathroom because you couldnt really move in the shower without knocking the door open. The air conditioning was non-existent and in August it was insanely hot. The only way to get air even moving was to have your key inserted inside the room, so all day while we were out the room just kept getting hotter. Also when we returned in the evening our floor was covered with ants which was really troubling. In all of the other hotels we stayed at we had free internet, but here I paid for the wired internet in the room, expecting it to be fastest than free wireless. It was so much slower than any other hotel had been for free. Really the only positive was that the location cant be beat - close to everything you could want to see (except the Vatican). But I would never stay here again just for the location. Honestly I would tell everyone to avoid this hotel like the plague. I wish I had known.
