Thumbs Up!
From the receptionist to the bellboy, chefs, waiters even the drivers of their deluxe taxi cabs speak good english. All were very helpful and you would really feel like a queen. and so far, their room service was the best i had. the hotel was located in the heart of the business district and near a subway station. it is about 5-10minutes away from CoEx mall. the only downside was, expedia didn’t mention or didn’t inform me that the hotel’s jogging track and fitness center was under renovation. over-all, I was very statisfied with my stay. I got my money’s worth.

Good Quality
Hotel is good quality for Four Star Seoul hotel. Clean, efficient and plendty of restaurants, bars etc.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
&-11 around the corner so stock up on water, Jucei etc to save mini bar charges.

Very Nice Hotel
The staff and service were excellent. Everyone I spoke to was polite, knowledgeable, and spoke good english. The rooms were very nice and comfortable but the walls could stand to be thicker. I could hear our neighbor in the room next to us several times during the night. All in all I was very pleased with my stay.
