Very nice hotel, great location, great service
When we reserved the hotel online, we thought it was a bit over priced compared to other hotels, but after reading the positive reviews, we decided to give it a try anyways. When we arrived in Amsterdam, we were pleasantly surprised the hotel was only 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam’s central train station and less than 20 meters from a tram line. That was a huge plus! The hotel room was not large (above average size compared to typical European hotels), but was very clean and the hotel staff was very courteous. The breakfast was not included in the room rate. We didn’t want to pay the extra 20-30 Euro/person for the breakfast. You can easily walk around for a few minutes and find cafes nearby to get decent English breakfast for less than 7-8 euros. I would highly recommend this instead of getting the breakfast from the hotel. Check in and check out were hassle free and very quick. We would stay at this hotel again if we visit Amsterdam in the future!

excellent hotel
Excellent hotel and location. Perfect hotel to walk to all attractions and shopping. Will stay again next time in Amsterdam. Hotel staff very nice. Celebrated our first wedding anniversary at this hotel. They had champagne ready in our room upon arrival. Great service!!!
