Great Family Resort
This is our very 1st visit to Bali and after reading up in various forums, we decided to go with the Intercontinental and booked a Singaraja room for 3 nights. Although I have no other resorts in Bali to compared it with, must say that me and my family are very satisfied with their overall services. The check in and check out went on smoothly. The welcome drink was pretty unusual with a blend of lemongrass, ginger and some fruit juice. Kids loved the announcement of our arrival by the "Gong". We have nothing to gripe about our room...spacious and clean....EXCEPT perhaps for the floor trap at the shower area that was probably clogged and thus water didn’t go down as quickly as it should. But other than that, everything else was lovely. But our ultimate fav would be the pool.....loved the fact that the main pool is heated, so that we can soak ourselves silly while enjoying the lovely sunset. As for the restaurants, in this case, the poolside restaurant, although the menu is pretty limited, the food was excellent!! And great service too. Would definitely choose this resort if we were to go back to Bali again.

Perfect to relax
Not usually fan of 400+ rooms hotels but this one is perfect. Superior rooms are huge, the hotel is increadibly quiet ansd the beach is beautiful.

Amazing Place
My wife and I stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon. We wished we hadn’t left. The service was top notch. Our room and view was absolutely amazing. I already want to go back. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to relax at an amazing resort.
