No way this is a 3 star hotel.
We stayed at the Husa Fornells Park for one night since we had an early flight the next morning out of Girona. The only thing nice about this hotel was the proximity to the airport. The hotel is by no means a 3 star hotel. I give it 1 1/2 stars at most. Room and bathroom need to be updated. The bathroom was dark brown everything - flooring, toilet, tub. The beds were hard. We left the window slightly ajar since their was an overpowering potpourri smell in the room and were attacked by mosquitos all night. My niece said the same thing happened to her although they only had their window opened for an hour or so. The hairdryer had two speeds - slow and slower. It usually takes me 5 minutes to blowdry my hair, but using their hairdryer took me 15 minutes and my hair was still slightly damp. This may seem trivial, but when you have an early morning flight every minute counts. I would not recommend this hotel.

Okay for an overnight stay
We styaed here on our way to Venice, as an overnight stop. Upon entering our room we realized that the bathroom was diskusting. I complained and our room was switched without much difficulty to another clean room. From then on our stay was fine, I would not go here for a vacation but for a stop over it was okay. We did not have a car and it was about a 3 mile walk into Verona, so a car would be a good idea if staying here. The bus stops outside of the hotel. The restaurant is very overpriced for the type of hotel that this is, but there is a nice place about a block away (going towards Verona) on the right that is wonderful and well priced.
