Nice, but doesn’t cater to the english speaker
The hotel was nice, clean, and reasonable. However, it was not very close to the attractions that I wanted to go to. There was no conciege so no help in getting around or finding resturants. The resturants in the hotel were only so-so.

Good facility, but no smile of staff
Basically, facility was so good. However, I never felt any warm hospitality of staff. For example, when I asked concierge a small translation from Chinese to English, he said "That is not our service". When I asked another staff reconfirm my flight ticket, he said "Wait until our travel agent will come." (However the agent never showed up) More than that, most of them seem to have difficulity to speaking English.
