The ever-efficient Germans!
This was a nice hotel in Frankfurt if you are not there in hot weather. Rooms do not come with a/c and even though I booked a Comfort Double, which means air conditioned, they will not give you a room with a/c unless you put up a good fight. There are no alarm clocks, and they are doing construction right outside the windows out back so expect loud noises at 5am. It is also in a very ethnic area so you are in for a walk to get to museums. On the plus side, it is very clean and they have a computer in the breakfast nook with free internet access.

Very good experience
Convenient location to walk from the train station or to downtown. They hurried to ready our room so we could check in early. Good breakfast. A/C in the room (no other German hotel we used had it). Very clean. Room was small compared to most American hotel rooms, but not a problem. We liked it and would recommend it to others.

Loved our stay
We loved this hotel. We didn’t go with any expectations. The room was neat and clean. It is not luxury but had all we needed. The service was really good. The location of the hotel was awesome - right in the center of Frankfurt and walking distance from everything there. The river is 3 min walk. We saw earlier comments that this is in the Red-District. Well, if you have never been to Europe, they have "specialty-toy" shops everywhere so this is not a shock at all. It was quite a normal European center.
