Will use this hotel the next time we are Vienna
This hotel was an excellent value for the money. The breakfasts were extensive and of excellent quality. The hotel lis located just a short distance from the subway station making all parts of the city readily accessible. A wireless connection was available in the lobby for a very small amount for our entire stay of four nights. The room itself comfortably slept three adults, was clean, quiet, and well maintained. We loved this hotel and will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Vienna.

Great location & breakfast buffet
this hotel was around the corner from the U-Bahn (subway) & an easy walk to many sites including Sigmund Freud Museum, so I was totally happy with its location. excellent breakfast buffet with very pleasant breakfast servers. very comfortable bed so I slept very well in Vienna, very clean room, very nice shower. no alarm clock in my room but the requested wake-up call came at exact time I had requested. only drawback was that TV in room got only 1 English-speaking channel (CNN) when I wanted to watch TV in the evening
my favorite sites were the Sisi Museum & Royal Apartments at the palace, Sigmund Freud Museum, and the Kunst Cafe near the colorful public housing project cited in tourist books

OK but not a 4 star hotel.
Convenient location (very close to the subway), nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The hotel itself is just ok, even 3 stars is a stretch. I booked a standard room through Expedia, and instead we were placed in an apartment section of the hotel. That meant bigger space (there was a separate bedroom/sitting room), but no extras such as shampoo/body wash. Picture this: you book what’s listed as a 4 star hotel and you end up buying a bottle of shampoo from a store down the street. A laminated flyer in the room advertised coin laundry (6.50 per load) in the building, but then the clerk at the hotel said that "this service is no longer available".The furniture in the apartment rooms was very cheap; IKEA furniture would have been an upgrade. Internet was extra, 10 euros for the 4 days we stayed there. The connection was VERY spotty; our room had 2 bars at most and often dropped the connection. Overall, just doens’t feel like a 4 star hotel.
