Friendly
This hotel was great! The rooms were pretty big compared to others we stayed in and were very clean. They give you a free pass to use the bus and subway in Dusseldorf. There’s also a bar in the hotel to grab a free drink. Breakfast (which was great) was also included. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They directed us to Vente (a restaurant in the "old town") where we had the best meal during our European stay.
