More of a business hotel than one for vacationers but is convenient to the airport
Attractive Hotel without much going on. Very popular with the airline crews.
Traveler's tip
On Expedia this is booked as a Sofitel but when you arrive you will not find any mention of Sofitel. It is under the name of "Pullman". Problem is we waited 90 minutes at the airport for the "Sofitel" shuttle which doesn’t exist. The shuttle is under the name for Novetel.Be forewarned.

I love this hotel!
Near the airport and near a metro stop which can take travelers into the city. It’s always very clean and the staff is very wonderful...an example: I arrived at 1:00am at my hotel after many airport delays and I was starving...the front desk attendant took my food order, called the kitchen staff to ask them to please prepare something for me (kitchen was closed) and brought it up to my room himself...

Convenience and Competence
In my opinion, Sofitel is among the most reliable and comfortable of the European hotel chains. This airport hotel near Madrid is friendly and efficient, with prompt airport shuttle service. The desk and bell staffs have strong English language skills. A good place for your final night in Spain.

Don’t plan on a shuttle
This hotel was a bit pricey for us, but my parents had an early-morning flight to the U.S., so we chose this hotel due to proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle. A bonus was the pool as my husband and daughter love to swim. Upon arrival, we found out that the shuttle only runs during selected hours and the pool was closed. So we had a very disappointed little girl and ended up having to pay for two taxis to get to the airport. The rooms were lovely, but we were expecting what was advertised.

Best Business Hotel in Campo de las Naciones
This is the Best Hotel in the Campo the las Naciones Business Center in Madrid. Great service room and great restaurant. Decoration in the rooms is magnific.
