No Happy at all
There was hair on the wash clothes. I requested a pullout bed or a roll away bed and we didn’t receive it. The customer service rep act like she didn’t even want to check other hotels to see if they had a rollover bed. Then she was getting smart with my relative when we was asking questions about the room.
-Reserve hotels weeks in advance if you can so you wont get last minute ones like i did

Old and smelly
Facility seemed old and the room smelled. Quality of complimentary breakfast was not great.

Good sleep, fine location,
The beds and pillows were great! Which, of course, made for a much better weekend. The hotel was not loud, the service was quick, friendly and non-intrusive. The location was good, because you can walk to several restaurants, shops and Walmart, if you need to, without needing to navigate your way through the traffic. NOTE: GoogleMaps way of getting to this hotel is flawed. You do not turn off of Marine Blvd.
