Stayed B4, will stay again
Stayed for 2 days, then extended 1 day. They seemed to have forgotten to clean the room that day. Late that last night we had to ask for clean towels. Was still extremely satisfied because mistakes can happen, but it’s how things are handled that really make the difference. The nxt morn the manager was very appoligetic and and did make an adjustment for their error.
