Good service but needs infraestructure improvements
Good service, staff very nice, hotel needs maintenance. We were bothered with noise of works between 1:00 am and 3:00 am. I had to phone reception complaining about the noise. Not admissible in a hotel were you are suposse to rest.

Lovely Hotel
There in the midst of some construction right now, so the front entrance was unavailable, but we stayed Sun-Tues and were never bothered by noise or anything. We had a beautiful view of the lake, the hotel was right next to the CN tower and seemed to be pretty centrally located as far as accessing trolleys, metro, etc. Wonderful place, would definitely go back.
