inadequate air conditioning, inadequate hot water
The room was too hot, the water not hot enough, the staff said there was no way to fix either problem. I won’t stay there again even thoughthe location is very convenient for visiting family.

Good value in Scottsdale
Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The worst thing I can say about this was that the breakfast orange juice was probably from a can rather fresh or frozen, i.e. given the rest of the experience this is a very minor quibble. Internet connection was quite fast. The Inn is an excellent value.
