Ok for the money
Let’s get this straight, this is not a luxury hotel. But, if you are looking to stay near Malibu and don’t want to spend and arm and a leg. This is not a bad place to sleep. There are no frills here, so if you plan to spend a lot of time around the hotel you might want to find one with more amenities. Although, they have recently redone the pool, so if you just wanted to take a quick dip or lay by the pool you would be in luck. The bedding and towels are not high quality, but the rooms are generally clean.
If you have a student attending Pepperdine University, this is an adequate place to stay while visiting them. Not fancy, but if you are looking for a place to sleep, this works. Just be sure to ask for an inside room. The rooms facing the freeway tend to get fairly noisy.
