Not enough competition
You can tell this hotel is not worried about capturing return business. Our room was immediately adjacent to a closed hallway where renovation was supposedly taking place. The desk clerk gave us incomplete directions on how to find our room, including neglecting to tell us there was parking and another entrance. The bathroom had mildewy corners. And the room had one of those old fashioned noisy room air conditioner/heaters under the window. We will not return.

very convenient to airport prompt and frequent shuttle service. Mediocre restaurant in hotel, poor restaurant service (understaffed??)

Good hotel, maybe overpriced
I had no problems with this hotel, but I thought the rate was higher than it should have been for this area. I was somewhat disappoineted with the buisiness center - a very long wait to use the computer to print out boarding passes, and some of the equipment was broken.
