Clean and Adequate
The staff was friendly, but their information on how to get to local events was inaccurate, possibly due to street closing for repairs. The room was neat and relatively clean. The breakfast waffles were a nice surprise.

Having been bitten recently when renting a low priced hotel by phone, I was pleasantly surprised and relieved to find all amenities adequate.

Constant flow of railroad crews comming in and out! Van was blocking front doorway all the time! Noisey, but cheap
