Good quality for the price
Located just south east of downtown, the hotel is very convenient to Fulton County Stadium. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed but a little dimly lit. Could use 1-2 more chairs per room. Bathroom/beds/bedding were excellent. Breakfast buffet seemed a little overpriced but had a nice selection (we opted to order from the menu and were satisfied with our orders). Wait staff was very friendly, service a little slow. Spent Halloween in the bar watching football with several patrons and had an enjoyable evening. Our rooms were on the 4th floor facing the street but very quiet. It was easy to get to downtown, Georgia State U area and make freeway connections in any direction. Adjacent area is surrounded by parking lots so there is not much to do (shopping, bars, restuarants, etc). We felt we got good value for the price. Would go back again.

Great Hotel
My fiancee and I drove in from Daytona Beach, FL, because we are both Chicago Bear fans. We drove in for the Atlanta Falcons vs. Chicago Bears game, only thing about the hotel was we were placed in a smoking room, when we asked for a non smoking room. Although the room was still nice we had a great time, and the customer service there was wonderful. One thing that did bother us, was the guy that drove the shuttle, were telling us to take the train back and get off at Georgia Tech, and walk back, but alot of people told us to get off in 5 points and catch a cab. The reason for getting off on 5 points was because there is police there and the area is patrolled, but on Georgia Tech alot of people were getting robbed there. So I dont think that the hotel should advise anyone to come back from the Georgia dome and get off at Georgia Tech when its not safe.

Close to downtown yet not pricey at all
We were looking for a place to stay during our visit to ATL - especially we wanted somewhere of high quality, and close to downtown. This hotel was both - the room was excellent and the hotel is located about 1 min from I-85/75 and 5 min from downtown, which works out great if you have a car.
