good location
good location in neighborhood with many restaurants and convenient shopping/services. Comfortable room with breakfast and average ammenities.

Quaint but not charming
Hotel manager not able to provide directions from 3 miles away. Rooms were not ready or booked together. Open the door and trip over the first bed. Walking sideways to get to the bathroom and not ram your hip in to a mirror is also not the way I would prefer to awaken in the night. Overall a redone hotel, cleaning staff was very friendly, but not worth the money and not what I expect from Best Western.
