"The Service Goes Over and Beyond"
I stayed at the Best Western Inn Suites in Ontario for business. I traveled from Phila to Texas to Ontario and it was a long and exausting flight. Especially with a 2 hr delay. When I arrived and got my rental car, I realized that I had the directions to the wrong Best Western with me , and the GPS that I brought had no charge lrft and I forgot the cord! It was 3am, pouring rain and I was alone in a strange place. I drove all over when I finally called the hotel. The girl that I spoke with ( I forget her name) was incredidible. She didnt know where I was but managed to get me to the hotel safe and sound! She stayed on the phone until I arrived. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AN INCREDIBLE SERVICE IN MY LIFE!

Loved it!!!!
The bed was really comfortable, as was the whole room. The breakfast buffet was good. The rooms had been updated (not by the greatest contractor), but they were nice. What do I care if the tile job is sloppy? I’m just visiting. I thought this room was a great value for the money. The refridgerator worked great, got really cold. Recommended!!!
