Hotel does not have act together!
The desk clerk couldn’t find us a room right away, so we waited awhile. Then when we did get our room it smelled like a smoking room with an air freshener in the fan to mask the smell. We when down and asked she insisted it wasn’t a smoking room but said sometimes guests smoke in them anyway. We kept our room because the hotel was booked because of the Chicago Marathon. Bathroom had just been plastered and still had plaster on the toilet handle and walls and plaster dust on the floor. Then in the evening a couple walked right into our room with a key the front desk gave them. They hadn’t put our name and room # in the computer earlier so they gave our room to someone else! So those poor poeple had to get a new room, we call desk gave them our name and everything was fine.

Nice room, could have been cleaner...
I come to Tinley Park every year for the North American Reptile Breeder’s Conference and always stay at La Quinta. They always have a good price and a nice hotel. The room could have been cleaner. There was still items in the fridge from the previous people. Also, there was used soap in the shower, but there was clean soap provided. Everyone is always very friendly and for the most part I was very satisfied with the hotel.

If you don’t mind dirty carpet and dirty pools....
Hotel had filthy carpet, you could clearly tell the path they used to run the vacuum. Pool area had solid wide ring of white film around tiles, and same with hot tub. People had scratched their names into the film... gross. Also the ceiling in the pool room had green slime hanging from the rafters... again... yuck. MY room seemed clean enough, no complaints there. So if you are just going to sleep... go ahead and pick this place.
