Great deal for Manhattan
Okay, I’ll get the few negatives out of the way first. The thermostat in my room was broken, but luckily it was a cool enough night that it wasn’t an issue. There was some construction in the lobby, but not anything to really get in the way. And there was no view to speak of (but who really looks for a view in a mid-town hotel?). And the clock radio bedside did not work. Those minor issues aside, the room was clean, comfortable, the shower had amazing water pressure, and it was exactly what I needed, a clean, comfortable bed & a hot, refreshing shower. Would I go back, absolutely.

Good Location
I chose this hotel because the LOCATIONS is wonderful and really it is (Half block of Times Square). About the receptionists, they are cold and sometimes until rude, i didn’t like them and about the hotel, it is old, the rooms are small, but ok if you will stay for 03 days! I didn’t like this hotel, but the location is excellent, because this i recommend.
I was to NYC with my husband, my cousin, my uncle and my aunt. We went in different dates and sometimes we did different things, because this the hotel was very good. We always met at the hotel. When you stay this hotel, you can go to hotel take a shower to dinner or watch a show after and if you stay in far hotel, you cannot return, because it is so far.

Satisfied with nothing
The lobby was under construction, as expected. But still, it’s very small. Front desk staff is slow. You shall never expect any smile from that face. The room is even smaller than I expected, you can hardly turn around and open your luggage. In day 2, I found several hair lied there,in the bathtub. And from the shape, I can tell they are denitely not from head, and from the color, I can definitely tell they are not from my body. No wonder the drainage was also stuck. The room has its very strong newly-decorated smell. The hallway is very dark and you may find dead presidents’ head hang over there, and they reminds you why the hotel called Best Western the President hotel.
