VERY WONDERFUL STAFF
THE STAFF AT HOTEL LUCERNA ARE GREAT. THE FOOD WAS ALSO VERY GOOD AND DELIVERY TO ROOM WAS PROMPT AND HOT. I REQUEST A ROOM WITH A BALCONY, BUT WAS NOT PROVIDED THIS. I MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM AFTER MY SURGERY, SO I COULD ENJOY MY RECOVERY. I WOULD REQUEST A ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR WITH A BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE POOL. THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME STAYING THERE. I’M SURE I WILL BE GOING BACK.

Not impressed!!
Hotel did not have a lot of Double beds which we clearly requested.
Call ahead 2 see if they have your room available, because when u get there there might not be one.

Can’t wait to go back
My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We got lost before going there but Daniel guided us to the hotel. He was most patient and courteous. Also Fernando, was very helpful. The rest of the staff were courteous also. The restaurant very good. Overall everything was excellent.
