Great Hotel/service!
Usually stay here when I’m in Dallas for business. I’ve never been disappointed by the quality or service of the hotel/staff, and this time my room was upgraded for free! That’s always a plus. Definitely will continue my business here in the future!

nice but dated
This is an older hotel, nice but dated. The only real issue I had was that they advertised having fruit for breakfast and being diabetic needed to eat more healthy foods. They did, however offer other items that were all right for me. The service was great and the location great also.

don’t expect comfort
worse bed ever experienced. I stay in hotels over 300 nights a year and this was by far the most horrible mattress ever. The floor was more comfortable except for the occasional bugs passing by.
