Very nice
The hotel is wonderful and we felt pampered during our stay. The rooms are beautiful and immaculate and the hotel staff is very accommodating. We will stay here whenever we’re in Palo Alto.

A great place to stay downtown
This was my first time staying at this hotel while visiting Palo Alto, which I do frequently. I found the amenities, helpfulness of the staff, and cleanliness of the hotel to be above par. It is also very convenient to many local downtown shops and stores.

beautiful gem
This was our 3rd stay. It is a beautiful small hotel centrally located in Palo Alto, close to restaurants and shopping. Excellent customer service.
