Good price, good location
The Seaport Inn is conveniently located near 6 or 7 subway lines and some fantastic restaurants and shopping. The staff is extremely accommodating. Though not friendly in that cheerful, Southern or Midwestern sense, they work hard to help you with any requests you might have.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you normally live in a quiet subdivision or a rural area, I would recommend getting an inward-facing room. The street noise is relatively minor compared to other parts of the city, but can be loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night if you’re used to a quiet neighborhood, especially on weekends.
