nice hotel, very clean, very nice staff, very conviniently located across the street form tram stop, the hotel is located a 20 minute walk from the city center, I walked the distance and it was very nice, I’d stay there again

Good location great access to Zurich
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The double bed could have been a little more comfortable but that was my only complaint. The hotel is located a 20 minute walk from the centre of the city and is on a major tram route so access to anywhere in the city is very easy. The tram network is superb and you can even get to the airport on the trams. Would definetly stay there again if we return to Zurich

Great value
This hotel provides great value...the internet connection in your room is included, and usually SwissCom charges $30/day! And the room is reasonably large, with air conditioning...the latter another first for me in Switzerland. At CH16, the breakfast seems steep. It is 10 minutes by tram/$17 by taxi to most parts of the city I wanted to go to. Added bonus: You can now take Tram 10 directly to and from the airport!
