would not go back
i asked for a non smoking room,the room reaked of cigarett smoke ,asked for another room,was told the best he could do was spray room..i refused and was finally given another room.

Horrible Experience!
We arrived late at night, it started with NO bell carts, so we had to drag our stuff to the 2nd floor. Got to the room, horrible smell of old smokers room. Pet hair on the bed. Bed was hard, woke up with horrible back pain! We were supposed to stay 2 nights. We checked out after the one horrible night. Went and stayed at a much nicer hotel the next night!

Good place to stay in Texarkana
We chose this hotel on our way from Texas to Ohio. It was a nice place and while a bit difficult to locate (since there are two La Quinta’s on the same road) we were happy once we located the place. The staff were cordial. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good with freshly made waffles complementing their continental breakfast. Overall a good place to stay.
