The resort was very nice. Clean room, good customer service, I do pland to come back again in the future. My guest was very impress with it. They said I did a good job picking it, and they to want to come back again.

Very Unsatisfied
The pictures shown were not at all what the hotel was like at all...they must have been years and years ago! When we arrived we were placed in a room that smelled like mildew and the furniture all felt wet. What was said to be a 3 bedroom was actuially 2 bedroom with a pull out sofa...so 2 bedroom with 3 beds. Then when we complained about the room, they moved us later that night to a newer room that was in better shape but had no AC. During the time we were there it was 97 degrees so AC was a must. We compalined once again and it took 24 hours before someone could fix it for us. So needless to say...it was a long first day there. So, overall we were not happy with the hotel. Rooms were not as pictured, htey were not very clean and just one problem after another. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Can’t wait to go back
My family went to this Resort for the weekend and my kids did not want to leave. It was close to the Parks and lots of shops. The room was very nice and clean. We had a one bedroom with a full size kitchen which was great. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
