I will stay there again...
It is a very clean hotel. I have stayed there before. The breakfast is awesome from waffles to wraps for free.... Best bang for the buck.... It is just not mondern and it is on the RR Tracks on Grand Avenue.

Not a bad deal
Considering there aren’t a lot of hotels in the area and if are visiting friends/family in the areas of Sun City, Sun City West, and also want to be close to Phoenix - this is a perfect option. The breakfasts had a lot of options(the popcorn all day was a nice treat!), the room was clean and it was a pleasant surprise to have a microwave, fridge and utensils. The only thing for any lite-sleepers, there is a train track across the street, and it is used quite frequently - so be warned of the train horn.
