Don’t go there.........
Do not get stuck in room 101! We checked in on a Friday night and were stuck in a tiny, dirty, noisy room. The carpet and walls were stained and filthy, bedside light not working (we changed the bulb and it still did not work). All night we listened to noise from the equipment room and showers and toilets flushing. Walls like paper. I did not walk barefoot on the carpet, it was so dirty. We debated about changing motels for the second night, but decided to change rooms. The second room was much nicer, cleaner carpet, about twice the size. Another concern is the people hanging out at the hotel. When we returned Sat., night a strong order of pot was lingering in the entryway. Another guest at the hotel also noticed. We pointed this out to the front desk clerk, who did nothing. It seemed like this hotel is being used as a homeless shelter by a social service agency. As a plus the staff was friendly.

Very Good Stay
We had a good time at Livinn Suites. Only 2 drawbacks that i had. One was that the hot tub was a little small for two people and the the TV’s didn’t face the hot tub. There are two TV’s in the room, one thats in the "living room" and the other facing the bed.

Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean.
I requested a non smoking room in the 4th floor. They gave me the room it was clean and the heat worked perfectly. The parking lot needs more lighting. It is good for the price.
