Do not stay at this hotel
This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. After my girlfriend arrived at the hotel, we were pleased with the look of the lobby. After checking in, we went to our room and we were quickly surprised with the condition of the room. The bathroom was falling apart. The toilet was leaking, the wall next to the toilet was coming down. I mean really falling off. The AC was leaking onto the tile floor. The beds were not attached to the headboard, so if we did not gently sit on the bed, it would move from the wall. The headboard was attached to the wall and one night when i grabbed the headboard, it fell off the board that it was attached to. I suggest that you spend a litle more money and find another hotel. Oh, the final insult came when I asked the receptionist if they could print my boarding pass for, this is soemthing that I have always been able to get at other hotels. I was told that they could not do it, buit I could pay $15.00 by usning my credfit card to get the service done. Aghain, do not stay at this hotel.

worst experience ever DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL
Hotel looks nice online but expedia should pull it. It was the worst experience ever. Hotel very old and dirty. paint peeling off walls and big water bubbles in the ceilings. Beds are old and mattresses are saggy. Rooms are dirty and no hot water. spent the night wondering if bugs were going to be crawling on me. Very loud could hear person above walking around all night. Front desk people rude. location in the middle of nothing. taxi cab rides to attractions woudl have been expensive. Had to fight for a refund and move hotels, one night in that place was enough for me. Moved to Holiday Inn on Collins ave 43rd area, hotel staff excellent rooms clean and on the beach.

Not impressed
Upon checking in at the hotel at about 2:30pm (and thank goodness we were a little late). we had to wait till exactly 3pm to checkin something I have never had to do at hotel...the room was very cold and heat not working properly...later I called front desk for 2 extra blankets....after 3 calls and about an hour later I finally got the blankets...although the price was good I was not at all impressd...upon checkout...I needed something heavyduty tape of which they did not have cannot believe a hotel of that size would have to go to Home Depot (which is what I was told) if they ever had a need for heavy duty tape...Was not impressed at all...will not stay there again even though the location was good and was right on the beach..
