Very old, needs a renovation.
This hotel is very old, needs an urgent renovation. Our bathroom was not working at check-in. The staff fixed it but I would like to stay in an hotel with full comfort. I did not understand why they charge a parking fee, as the hotel is very far away from the center and there are a lot of parking area around the hotel. The staff was not so friendly as well.

Cheap and did the trick
I got stuck staying here after a banking snafu delayed my new condo. Very clean older building. Free wifi was nice. Although clean, bathrooms were cramped and showing their age. As far as planning a vacation, this is about as cheap as you can go and still get a highrise on the water. Hence, lots of younger tourists and a laid back atmosphere. Beach is always great, but not close to a whole lot of entertainment.
